Here’s how to process a return or request an exchange:

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at as soon as possible along with a photo of the box, packing materials and product inside and out. We will replace the product at no cost to you.

Wrong item Sent

If your order arrives and the item received is not the order delivered, please email us at Please include a copy or photo of your order confirmation and the identifying shade (a sticker on the base of the tube). A replacement will be sent at no cost to you.

Pictures we need to complete a refund or exchange:

  • Outer packaging (outside the shipping box or envelope)
  • Inner outer package (inside the shipping box or envelope)
  • Product packaging or carton
  • Damaged product

Purchases from other retailers

If you made a purchase at one of our retail partners, including WalMart, and, you will need to return or exchange your product at the original place of purchase.
